The hotel boasts an amazing playground for children, a perfect spot for parents traveling with kids. its location is a plus since it's just a short stroll to the old town and the flower garden. We also appreciated the accommodating staff who assisted us with our needs.
There was no concierge to help us with transportation. It could have been a better experience if we didn't have to manage on our own.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with everything spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the playground which was perfect for our kids to enjoy. The location was ideal, with the hotel being near the charming old town and beautiful flower garden. Additionally, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this elegant property in Anren. the rooms are spacious and well-appointed with lovely furniture and high ceilings. the hotel is conveniently located near the old town and a beautiful flower garden. the staff provided excellent service, especially Drake at the front desk who was extremely helpful with my business needs and arranging transportation to the airport.
There was no concierge available to assist with transportation.

This hotel provides luxurious amenities such as a playground, a sun terrace, and a leisure/TV room. Its location close to the old town and flower garden is also a plus. the exclusive room advantages - large spacious rooms with high ceilings, well-appointed furniture, and quiet environment, provided a comfortable stay.
There was no assistance at the concierge for transportation, and the cold temperature in the restaurant during breakfast was uncomfortable. Despite the expensive room rate, breakfast was not included.

The location of the hotel was convenient since it was close to both the old town and flower garden. The playground, located inside the hotel, was great for kids. They really enjoyed playing there and it was a nice way for them to burn off some energy.
There was no concierge to help us with transportation. We had trouble finding taxis, and there was nobody to help us with directions or suggestions.
